We recently completed a major renovation of our condo. Our first impression of Stuart and his team was very positive at our initial meeting and we were happy with the professionalism, responsiveness, workmanship and good communication throughout the project. Although most of the trades were excellent, especially the custom millwork, the tilers, carpenter and electrician, when we had an issue with the quality of the work of one of the painters, Stuart immediately contacted them and arranged to have the company redo the work with a new painter and we were happy with the final result looking great (at no extra cost to us) The process was easy from start to finish and we really love the final result. It was a total transformation of our dated 20 year condo. We would highly recommend Windsor Wolves.

Our 4 unit strata hired Stuart and Windsor Wolves in the spring to do some repairs to rotting fascia boards and then repaint the entire building with white trim and green stucco. I was impressed from the beginning with his professionalism and philosophy. After a careful examination of what need to be done, he gave an estimate for the project. There was concern amongst the owners regarding the cost of the painting from a a subcontractor and he was able to find another painting company with a substantially lower cost. Stuart provided a schedule and was able adhere to it, almost to the day. This in itself was most impressive when it entailed coordinating carpentry, scaffolding erection, and then painting. We were thankful many times that he was coordinating the project instead of us trouble shooting and overseeing. His site manager, Matt, was at the site every day, giving us updates and staying totally on top of things, especially with the painters.

In summary I can't recommend Windsor Wolves highly enough and we would certainly use them again. They included some small repairs that we hadn't even noticed being required. Quite honestly, I can't think of one single criticism.

Stuart is my go-to for renovation projects. He holds high standards for his crew and subtrades, and meets budget and schedule expectations without issue. Stuart values his clients' opinions, keeps them informed and included during the process, and is exceptional at problem solving on site. Communication is crucial during renos and Stuart is always quick to reply to any questions, concerns or changes. I wish I could rate Windsor Wolves higher than 5/5!
